1+ years’ experience in fraud prevention, payments risk, or AML, Experience in eCommerce
Nice to Have
Exposure to refund and returns abuse prevention., Experience with transaction monitoring, identity verification, or risk decisioning tools., understanding of fraud typologies within eCommerce environments., Experience with AI a plus.
What You'll Do.
Investigate high‑risk transactions and patterns
identify emerging threats
contribute to continuous improvement across our fraud and risk controls
Monitor transactions and conduct anomaly detection to identify emerging fraud patterns and abuse
Manage and resolve risk‑related escalations from retailers and internal stakeholders
Analyse fraud trends and performance data
providing actionable insights and reporting to management
Contribute to the design
and implementation of new products
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase investigation accuracy and decision quality
