Full Job Description
We are looking for an eCcommerce Executive to join our APAC team, supporting the growth of our South Korean and Hong Kong markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital professional who is passionate about ecommerce, data, and customer experience. Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Performance teams, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day website operations, executing trading activities, and driving online growth across our regional websites. You'll gain exposure to multiple digital channels while helping to optimise website performance, customer journeys, and conversion rates. What you’ll be doing: * Manage the day-to-day operation of the websites, including product launches, pricing and content updates, promotions, translations, and onsite merchandising. * Support the management of marketplace channels, monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth. * Monitor website and marketplace performance against key KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, traffic, and customer engagement. * Work closely with Brand, Development, Channel teams to deliver trading campaigns and achieve business objectives. * Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, and other ecommerce tools, tracking campaign performance and communicating key insights and learnings to stakeholders. * Analyse website, marketplace, and customer data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities. * Conduct competitor and market research to support trading strategy and identify opportunities within local markets. * Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, SEO initiatives, and onsite optimisation activities to improve customer acquisition and retention. * Identify and support local partnership and collaboration opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
