They operate at the intersection of creative content and data-driven ecommerce, leveraging platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Pinterest, and GA4 to scale their online store. The team is founder-led, fast-moving, and deeply invested in building a brand that resonates with customers across multiple touchpoints — from product pages and email flows to social media and SEO. This is a company where operational excellence meets creative execution, and where talented contributors have a direct impact on growth outcomes. Role Overview The eCommerce Coordinator will serve as a key operational partner to the founder, supporting the day-to-day management and growth of a Shopify-based lifestyle brand. This role blends ecommerce operations, SEO, analytics, CRM, and content execution into a single hands-on position with broad exposure across the business. The eCommerce Coordinator will track performance metrics, optimize product pages and email campaigns, and help execute social media content — all while maintaining the operational systems that keep the store running smoothly.
