What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, Appropriate Ohio licensure, Experience providing and managing culturally appropriate and trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to children, adolescent and families
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Provides clinical assessment
Behavioral health treatment
Crisis intervention for children
adolescents and their families
Assesses and documents client presenting problems
Prescribes initial interventions
Assists in developing specific
and measurable treatment goals
Employs strategies of intervention
Coordinates client care with other service providers
Assures continuity of care
Completes clinical charting
Completes other related administrative paperwork
Remains current in general knowledge of psychopharmacology
Collaborates consistently with team psychiatrist
