What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of EE or related discipline, 10+ years of experience as ECAD Librarian, Proficient with footprint creation in Cadence Allegro, Familiar with schematic capture symbols in Viewlogic and Cadence System Capture, Skilled in researching and reading manufacturing datasheets, Experienced in high pin count, fine pitch parts, QFN modules: BGAs, connectors, power modules, heatsinks/clips, EMI Cages, light pipes, Knowledgeable in footprint creation guidelines and standards, Must have timely response, take pride in high level of accuracy and precision, great attention to detail, Able to work well in a global, fast paced environment

What You'll Do.
Develop new footprints in Allegro
Work closely with other librarians
Follow existing part creation processes
Help test and implement new processes
Work closely with Manufacturing and Operations
Confirm or update existing symbols
Work with Component engineers
Get clarifications on new components
Use existing Part Number Request tool
View new part requests
Anticipate and organize upcoming work
Prioritize urgent requests
Maintain focus on highest priorities
Provide timely and accurate library parts
Maintain responsive relationship
