What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of hands‑on functional experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12, primarily in Projects / PPM (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management) and Accounts Receivable., Good understanding of PPM and AR Modules with detailed knowledge of interactions between related modules, including project invoicing, revenue recognition, and end‑to‑end accounting flows (PA → AR → GL), with the ability to troubleshoot cross‑module issues., Solid working knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules, enabling effective analysis of functional flows, configurations, and inter‑module dependencies., Ability to gather and document functional requirements, by collaborating with business users and translating needs into functional specifications., Hands‑on experience with system configuration and testing., Functional troubleshooting and support capability on medium to complex functional problems., Proficiency with documentation and change management practices., Demonstrates ownership and accountability, applying appropriate decision‑making authority to deliver effective end‑to‑end functional solutions within role scope., cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams., Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring)., Fluent English & Romanian required
Nice to Have
Previous experience of third-part Project Management (EcoSys) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) solutions and integrations with Oracle EBS would be an advantage., French an advantage
