6+ years of hands‑on functional experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12, primarily in Projects / PPM (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management) and Accounts Receivable, Good understanding of PPM and AR Modules with detailed knowledge of interactions between related modules, Solid working knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules, Ability to gather and document functional requirements, Hands‑on experience with system configuration and testing, Functional troubleshooting and support capability on medium to complex functional problems, Proficiency with documentation and change management practices, Demonstrates ownership and accountability, cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for troubleshooting, Fluent English & Romanian required

Nice to Have

Previous experience of third-part Project Management (EcoSys) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) solutions and integrations with Oracle EBS would be an advantage, French an advantage
