Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage the full lifecycle of electronic billing, including client onboarding, configuration, and maintenance of eBilling requirements across vendor platforms. Submit, monitor, and track electronic invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance with client guidelines, and timely processing. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, rejections, and reductions by collaborating with attorneys, billing teams, and client stakeholders. Analyze rejection trends and recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive solutions. Maintain client billing rules, system configurations, and vendor portal settings to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy. Support accruals, budgets, and timekeeper approvals across external billing systems as required. Generate and review billing reports to monitor submission status, outstanding invoices, and performance trends. Provide internal support and guidance on eBilling procedures, systems, and client-specific requirements. Requirements This role requires experience in legal billing or electronic billing within a professional services environment, along with strong technical and analytical capabilities. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume transactional work under strict deadlines. Minimum 2 years of experience in legal billing or eBilling. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Hands-on experience with eBilling platforms such as Legal Tracker, BillingPoint, CounselLink, Tymetrix, or similar systems. Familiarity with tools such as eBillingHub and/or Aderant or Elite is a strong plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently. Strong communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
