What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Resource Management, Natural or Health Sciences, or a related field, Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with youth in schools, camps, environmental education centers, or similar settings, technology skills for communication, data analysis, and professional writing, Ability to effectively work in diverse, multiethnic, and multicultural environments, Reflective mindset with a willingness to grow professionally, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, Experience using data to set, monitor, and evaluate program goals and outcomes, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks aligned with performance goals, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned, Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in outdoor settings, Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Must have close, distance and peripheral vision, along with the ability to adjust focus

1–3 years of professional leadership, management, or administrative experience

Maintain outdoor learning spaces
Ensure proper care and stewardship
Manage program registrations
Ensure compliance with policies
Supervise staff scheduling
Oversee volunteer recruitment
Manage personnel processes
Mentor and support staff growth
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Coordinate day and overnight student visits in collaboration with the Education Program Manager and district staff
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; technology skills for communication
Process & Methodology
Ability to prioritize tasks aligned with performance goals
