What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, Prior financial management or CAM experience, Prior Engineering Team/IPT Lead or Project management experience, Active Secret clearance
Nice to Have
Program Management Level 6 Certification or equivalent, business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, Prior field support, sustainment, or depot standup experience, Earned Value Management experience managing cost, schedule, and/ or technical performance, Demonstrated success creating and maintaining relationships with customers, government representatives, suppliers, and peers, Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities, Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i. e. , Word, Excel and Power point), communications skills
What You'll Do.
Drive execution of schedule milestones
Lead program communication and reporting
Execution and reporting of labor budgets
Generate program risk and opportunity management plans
Support leadership reviews
Display oral and written communication skills
Influence actions and change management

Work closely with the Execution leadership team; Work closely with functional leaders
