You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE: You are a motivated and organized leader with strong problem-solving skills, thriving on the challenge of supporting multiple quality improvement projects. You proactively identify and address obstacles, streamline processes, and maintain consistently high standards. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Early Learning Quality Initiatives Manager (Manager III - IV) performs complex to advanced (senior-level) managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of a business function, division, or department. Works under general to limited supervision, with moderate to considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: - Manage a team, lead quality initiatives including Texas Rising Star, and ensure program compliance to achieve agency goals within the Child Care & Early Learning Division. - Develop and update plans, policies, procedures, standards, guidel
