About Us: Our Early Intervention programs provide services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community. Full Time, Part Time, and FFS Positions Available $5,000 Sign On Bonus Responsibilities: * Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development. * Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families. * Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team. * Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area. * Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss. * Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan. ## Qualifications * Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university. * Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. * Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate. * Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams. * Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. * Bilingual/Bicultural candidates enc
