We also connect families with local community resources to ensure they have access to the broader support network available in their area. Your role, your impact Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention? Each needs an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you'll: * Deliver evidence‑informed supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their individual goals. * Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to tailor support options for each child and family. * Empower families, caregivers, and professionals by building their skills and confidence to support children in everyday environments, using coaching approaches. * Connect children and families to community opportunities to promote inclusion and participation in activities and settings of their choice. * Maintain accurate and thorough NDIA records documenting conversations, developmental progress, and agreed goals. * Guide families through NDIS processes , including applications, plan implementation, and funding navigation.
