It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence. **Description of Work** The Early Intervention Service Coordinator (EISC) provides direct service coordination for infants and toddlers, birth to age three, who are enrolled in the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) and their families. This position is based in Union County under the Concord Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) and ensures services are delivered in compliance with federal IDEA regulations and state policies. The EISC works collaboratively with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that support child development and family outcomes.
