Must Have
Current licensure as an Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
Nice to Have
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
Participate in screenings
and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers
social service agencies
and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development
and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
