Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies, 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You'll Do.
Provide services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays
and support to families
Provide services in the home
at early intervention centers
Participate in screenings
and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team
Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
Provide service coordination to assigned caseload
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Participate as a member of a trans-disciplinary team; Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss
Process & Methodology
Coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan
