At **Elevation Autism** , our BCBA roles are built with **work-life balance** in mind. You will support a **small caseload** of **six** early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in one of our beautiful expansive centers, have a billable expectation of **25 hours per week** , and benefit from **strong clinical support** and **attainable bonus opportunities** of _your choice_ that can easily add **$20k-$35k** or more annually!
