What You'll Do.
receive inbound calls from Bankwest customers in arrears of payments in Credit Cards
and Overdrawn Personal Accounts
to recover outstanding payments
gaining an understanding of the customer's situation
delivering excellent and courteous customer service
use keen sense of negotiation to get them back on track with their payments
retain their business
managing high volumes of customer interactions over the phone
handling emotionally taxing conversations
encounter aggressive or distressed customers
