Proven experience as a cook, culinary skills, Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment, Excellent time management, organizational skills, Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Team player, communication skills, Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, Experience in high-volume food preparation, Valid Food Handler's Certificate, Familiarity with breakfast and lunch cuisine, Understanding of dietary restrictions, allergens, Flexibility to work early morning hours, weekends, Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to Have
preferably with early morning shift experience, Culinary diploma or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items
Ensure high-quality meals are served
Arrive early to set up kitchen
Prepare ingredients for menu
Cook and present breakfast and lunch items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Adhere to food safety and sanitation
Monitor and maintain food inventory levels
Assist in menu planning
Develop new breakfast items
Adapt cooking techniques
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
Ensure food items are prepared and plated
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
