In this role, you will help maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate learning environment; support child assessments; and assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating children’s activities. You will interact regularly with children and parents, help direct student staff and volunteers, and assist in maintaining required records. Additionally, you will support maintaining a classroom environment that meets childcare licensing and accreditation standards and contribute to providing feedback and evaluating the progress of student staff. You may also temporarily assume leadership of the classroom in the absence of the Early Childhood Program Specialist 3. **Additional Information:** This is a**full time** (100**%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible**. **Monthly Salary:** $3,752 to $5,011 | Range 42 Steps A - M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with [WAC 357-28](https://app.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=357-28).
