EARLY CHILDHOOD BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME) – ONTARIO, OH SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Location: Clinic and/or In-home (Ontario area) Hours & Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life! Shift options include: - Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Full Day: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Extended Afternoon/Evening: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available. You aren't just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals. - Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills. - Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving. - Support Families: Build trust with parents through parent training and consistent, upbeat communication. Work Environment: This role is active! You must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required. Flexibility and a high-energy "can-do" attitude are highly valued.
