As our Early Careers Process Improvement Manager, you’ll lead transformation initiatives that reimagine campus recruitment operations; embedding smarter processes, better technology and human-centred design to deliver simpler, faster and more engaging experiences. **See yourself in our team** You’ll join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on attracting future talent through our early careers and campus programs. Working across recruitment, HR, technology and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver operational excellence at scale. **In this role you will** * Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to optimise campus recruitment processes and operating models * Identify inefficiencies, uncover insights and design scalable process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience * Apply data analytics and process modelling to inform decision making and prioritisation * Deliver initiatives through structured project management, ensuring milestones, outcomes and risks are effectively managed * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support process redesign and change adoption * Partner with HR, TA, and technology teams to improve system workflows and user experience (including Workday) * Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function **We’re interested in hearing from people who have** * Experience in process improvement, transformation or project delivery roles * Exposure to early careers or campaign-based recruitment (highly regarded) * Strong capability in process optimisation and operational problem solving * A data-led mindset, with the ability to translate insights in
