Must Have
Master’s degree (by September) in Sciences, HealthCare, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field, Demonstrated interest in Quality Assurance, GMP environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, Motivation and potential to grow towards roles with increasing responsibility in Quality, Demonstrated leadership experience, Genuine interest in Site Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering), Analytical mindset with problem-solving and data skills, Collaborative spirit and ability to build relationships at all levels, attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
