Performance is measured by impact and value created—not by the number of actions taken.** Reporting to the Manager – Planning and Talent Attraction, the **Early Career Program Specialist** is responsible for executing and continuously improving early-career talent programs across the organization, including internships, student jobs, and development pathways for early-career salaried employees. Your mandate will be to lead, promote, and coordinate Agropur’s Canadian and U.S. internship program, which hosts nearly 100 interns each year.
