RESPEC seeks an Early Career Engineer to join our team in our Cheyenne, WY. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and business practices to plan and execute a diverse range of engineering projects. The primary focus of the role is the reclamation of abandoned mine lands, supporting projects from planning through design and construction. Key responsibilities include: * Assist with the planning, investigation, inventory, design, and construction oversight of abandoned mine land projects * Support site assessments and geotechnical investigations of mined lands * Assist in the design of mine opening closures and regrading activities * Assist in the design and reclamation of hazardous highwalls * Assist in the design of drainage conveyance systems, including channels, underdrains, and other stormwater controls We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. ## Qualifications Required: * Bachelor of science or master of science degree in civil, environmental, or mining engineering from an ABET accredited university * A minimum of 1 year of mining engineering work experience * At least 1 year of exper
