What They're Looking For.
Must Have
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years experience (independent licensure required), Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response required, Tech and computer savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms. and efficient in tech-related tasks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Able to go above and beyond and to multi-task and context switch
Nice to Have
SAP qualified preferred, CEAP certification preferred, Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals preferred, Crisis management and SUD experience, EAP experience, Experience working with diverse populations (bilingual preferred)
What You'll Do.
Provide management consultation
Coordinate critical incident response requests
Deliver virtual critical incident response requests
Complete management referral intakes
Assure appropriate placement of management referred employees
Provide guidance regarding EAP protocols
Complete daily shifts on an incoming queue
Meet speed to answer service level agreement requirements
Provide follow-up to monitor employee compliance
Feedback to supervisors
Confirm necessary paperwork is in place
Coordinate follow-up with treatment providers
Provide limited after care monitoring
Manage member and organizational crises
Provide in-the-moment support
Identify and problem-solve issues
Act as a subject matter expert
Maintain accurate and complete documentation

TheEAP Management Consultation is a unique and exciting opportunity within Spring Health high quality consultations regarding workplace concerns to account human resource representatives, management, and employees. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager. What you’ll be doing: ● Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness from the hours of 12-8 pm ET, but you may sit out of any time zone. ● Coordinate critical incident response requests ● Deliver virtual critical incident response requests ● Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines;
