Must Have

2 Years – Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in position, Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related fields or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, Lean Six Sigma green belt or higher, EIT Certification

What You'll Do.

Own and drive asset lifecycle performance

Lead strategic asset planning

Lead maintenance execution standards

Lead total cost of ownership analysis

Lead enterprise-wide asset performance

Provide subject matter expertise

Drive standardization

Improve asset reliability

Improve financial outcomes

Support work order management

Coordinate regular assessments

Prepare findings and reports

Support and drive strategic planning

and schedule project deliverables

Contribute to project implementation

Maintain schedule adherence

Assist with recovery efforts

Analyze project-related metrics

and validate large data sets

Perform advanced analysis on high-volume data

Develop and maintain repeatable reports

Develop and maintain working proficiency in Oracle Fusion/CMMS

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Maintain subject matter expert (SME) status

Support training of super-users

Collaborate effectively with peers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Build and maintain practical understanding of repair and maintenance activities

Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion/CMMS Inventory

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion/CMMS Procurement

Support accurate asset

and financial management

Understand inventory transactions

Perform and demonstrate understanding of procurement activities

Apply working knowledge of Oracle Fusion/CMMS work order processes

Support maintenance execution

Support KPI reporting

Support Oracle Fusion/CMMS processes
