Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-5 years of experience, Ability to work on multiple projects, Ability to work within matrix team environments, Ability to work to demanding schedules, Minimum of 5 years Flight hardware/systems experience, Ability to identify and assess hazardous conditions, Ability to assess appropriate controls and verifications, Working knowledge of systems safety disciplines, Good knowledge of aerospace materials, Familiarity with NASA standards, Familiarity with payloads requirements, Experience with Spaceflight Safety certification, Must be able to complete a U. S. government background investigation

We have an exciting opportunity for an EA Technical Integration Engineer to support multiple human spaceflight programs, including the International Space Station (ISS) , Orion , Gateway , and Commercial Crew to join the team with ERC, a teammate company. This role ensures that complex technical systems integrate safely and successfully across mission phases—from development and test through flight operations. The engineer will collaborate with diverse engineering teams, contractors, mission operations, and safety organizations to uphold NASA’s safety and mission assurance standards. As an EA Technical Integration Engineer , you will: Function as a team member of the Amentum Flight Safety Team of Systems Safety professionals and engineers, and report to the JSC Engineering Directorate ISS Chief Engineer Serve as a technical integrator across ISS, Orion, Gateway, and Commercial Crew programs to ensure consistent engineering practices and safe system performance Coordinate cross-discipline engineering inputs in areas such as spacecraft systems, environmental control, power, avionics, software, and human factors.
