What You'll Do.

Provide Clients with General product support (e.

g: demos, onboarding…), Provide Clients with technical product assistance (e.

g: “The setup of my report is wrong”), Take on E2E accountability vis-à-vis the Client, transversal posture across the different departments of the Group (front to back).

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Build a positive relationships, communicate continuously with the Client and other involved parties (Sales, Product Owner, Supplier…)
