Backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, the platform brings together deep domain expertise across Army, Navy, and Air Force and Space Force programs, digital engineering, systems integration, and specialized manufacturing capabilities.        The combined organization operates as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology and tech-enabled services and manufacturing enterprise positioned for scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.    OVERVIEW  Full-time/Permanent Employee   Location: Hollywood, MD Aether Aerospace is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead advanced aircraft capabilities and systems development. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership while driving the development of next-generation aircraft systems, subsystems, and technologies. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, managing technical schedules, controlling budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful achievement of program objectives throughout the product lifecycle. The Project Manager will be responsible and be the single point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects. The role requires the development of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Will conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards, reviews, and project deliverables.
