Industry & Context.
May require up to 20 percent travel, Valid North Carolina Driver's License, Out-of-state applicants must have a valid driver's license and acquire a North Carolina Driver's License within 60 days of hire
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid North Carolina Driver's License, Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field, Associate degree in computer science, or a related technical field and one year of networking related, High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of networking related, an equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
Three years of E-rate experience as a state E-rate coordinator or professional E-rate consultant with ten or more clients, Experience within a K-12 administrative or instructional environment, Experience developing and delivering technical training

Serve as a statewide E-rate resource
Provide expert guidance
Provide technical assistance
Provide program support
Monitor E-rate program resources
Provide direct telephone support
Provide email support
Provide virtual support
Provide on-site support
Develop and maintain working relationships
Maintain program records
Create E-rate training resources
Deliver training sessions
Participate in E-rate coordination calls
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with PSU E-rate contacts, Technology Directors, state E-rate coordinators, the Schools and Libraries Division, the FCC, public libraries, private schools, vendors, and other eligible entities.; Provide leadership and guidance to other SCI E-rate Coordinators
