What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, Proficiency in email marketing platforms/automation tools (AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IVALDI), Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting, Masters/Bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), Proficiency in Japanese language
What You'll Do.
and optimize email campaigns
Design and build responsive emails using Photoshop
and upload images for live emails
Manage end-to-end email campaigns using automation tools
Publish online editorial content on related systems
Build customer profiles and audiences
Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements
Initiate translation process for campaigns
Track deliveries with cost
and supplier performance
Support additions and modifications of CRM content
Publish editorial content according to guidelines
Direct business on campaign content management
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems; Delivering campaigns to all related parties for validation
Process & Methodology
Keep the track of deliveries with cost, deadline and supplier performance details
