What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field, 1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development, Proven experience in training creation, including storyboarding, content chunking, and assessment design, Advanced Expertise in Articulate 360, Advanced Microsoft Office Suite: proficiency in Excel, Full professional fluency in English
Nice to Have
ITI Diploma (E-learning Track), experience with MS Access for data management, Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and SCORM/xAPI standards, Fluency in French

Develop interactive digital learning using Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360
Build responsive modules
Support SCORM packaging and LMS-ready deliverables
Apply visual design through using Adobe Creative Suite and UX principles to improve learner experience
Analyze source technical content and transform it into structured learning experiences
