Instrumentation and Control System Operation: * Operate and monitor plant instrumentation systems and Distributed Control Systems (DCS, Emerson Delta V/Siemens PCS7) & PLC (Siemens) to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the chemical plant. o Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. * Perform routine checks and calibrations of instrumentation equipment. 2\. Maintenance and Repairs: * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for DCS Emerson Delta V/Siemens PCS7, PLC (Siemens) and instrumentation systems. Especially familiar like package equipment’s E&I system. * Diagnose and repair faults in control systems, sensors, transmitters, actuators, and other instrumentation components. o Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and procedures. * Closely collaborate with PEs and plants to draft execution plan, estimate budget for daily maintenance work. * Conduct plant shutdown maintenance for E&I annually o Keep developing preventive and predictive maintenance to identify issue earlier and reduce downtime. 3\.
