What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–6+ years of ecommerce management experience, Shopify experience is required, Experience owning or heavily supporting conversion rate optimization initiatives, Experience working closely with growth marketing teams and paid media landing pages
Nice to Have
Experience within health, beauty, personal care, CPG, wellness, or subscription-based ecommerce brands is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the Shopify website
and promotions are accurate
and aligned with business goals
Manage ongoing site updates
merchandising changes
and website improvements
Serve as the internal ecommerce expert responsible for maintaining an organized
and conversion-focused website
Lead ongoing CRO initiatives across the website
including product detail pages
and overall user experience
Identify friction points within the customer journey and recommend actionable improvements
and analyze A tests to improve conversion rate
and overall revenue performance
Use customer behavior and analytics tools to evaluate user interactions and identify optimization opportunities
and manage landing pages for paid media campaigns across Meta
Partner closely with the growth marketing team to align landing pages with ad strategy
Support campaign-specific website initiatives including promotional pages
and acquisition funnels
Improve the connection between paid traffic and onsite conversion performance
Audit the current ecommerce and website tech stack to identify useful
Recommend and implement tools related to CRO
post-purchase experiences
Work across platforms such as Shopify
subscription platforms
and tracking platforms
Stay current on emerging ecommerce and AI-enabled tools that improve execution speed
and website performance
Track and report on ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate
landing page performance
and campaign conversion
Translate performance data into clear recommendations for growth and leadership teams
Create a consistent process for reviewing site performance and prioritizing optimization efforts
Help identify which initiatives are driving results and where additional growth opportunities exist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand in the personal care space with a strong e-commerce presence and retail distribution through major national retailers. The company primarily sells through its direct-to-consumer website, Amazon, and select retail partners, and is focused on improving website performance, conversion rate, and the overall digital customer experience as they continue scaling their online operations. LOCATION Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The E-commerce Specialist will own and optimize the company’s e-commerce website, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, and day-to-day site execution. This role works closely with the growth marketing team to ensure paid traffic, campaigns, product pages, landing pages, and onsite experiences are aligned and built to convert. This is not a purely executional website maintenance role. The ideal candidate will bring both technical e-commerce expertise and strategic ownership, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend better workflows and tools, and continuously drive website performance and customer experience improvements.
