What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising tools, Experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools, analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment, understanding of eCommerce performance marketing fundamentals

Nice to Have

Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands, Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or additional paid media channels, copywriting skills for ad creatives and email campaigns, Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A testing, Experience scaling fast-growing consumer product brands, Familiarity with attribution and full-funnel marketing strategies
