What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising tools, Experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools, analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment, understanding of eCommerce performance marketing fundamentals
Nice to Have

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who understands how to scale eCommerce brands through full-funnel digital marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will own Amazon PPC strategy and execution while also supporting broader growth initiatives across paid social, email marketing, and marketplace optimization.
