3+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions, Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, Experience with ecommerce platforms and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, merchandising tools like Algolia, or Bloomreach, ClickUp (or something similar), Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimize website content for search engines, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives, attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, Experience preferably in retail or consumer goods environment, Passion for ecommerce and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

Develop and execute ecommerce merchandising strategies

Propose and QA test variants

Manage day-to-day content updates

Submit PLP sort/content update requests

Report merchandising performance
