With operations in Australia, the USA, Canada, and Germany, our mission is to empower van-lifers and adventurers with products that combine innovation, quality, and design. We’re looking for a **Marketing Manager** to take ownership of our marketing strategy, scale our paid and organic channels, and strengthen our brand presence worldwide. This role is central to our growth and requires someone who can balance performance-driven results with long-term brand building. You will be managing a team of at least 3 members full time. **Key Responsibilities** * **Performance Marketing:** Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI. * **Brand Growth:** Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume. * **Data-Driven Optimization:** Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms. * **Creative Strategy:** Collaborate with our content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging that resonate with our vanlife community. * **Customer Journey:** Drive improvements across funnels, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. * **Budget Ownership:** Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets. * **Team Collaboration:** Work with operations, product development, and leadership to align marketing with launches, inventory, and business priorities. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** This role is directly measured on: **Revenue Growth** – contribution to topline sales across all channels. **Blended ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)** – efficiency across marketing spend. **MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)** – overall marketing efficiency relative to sales. **Brand Search Volume** – uplift in branded search traffic and recogni
