What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of e‑commerce experience in a DTC brand, with hands‑on responsibility for trading, merchandising, or site performance, Proven track record of owning sales or revenue targets and planning promotions or campaigns to hit them, skills in using web analytics tools (e. g. GA4) to understand customer behaviour and spot trading opportunities, Experience managing on‑site merchandising, content, and product launches across multiple markets, Comfortable working with promotion and discount mechanics (e. g. promo codes, bundles, flash sales) and measuring their impact, Able to work cross‑functionally with marketing, CRM, creative, product, and tech teams, communicating clearly and making data‑backed recommendations, Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English
What You'll Do.
Own day‑to‑day and weekly trading performance of the global DTC web and app
Plan and manage the trading and promotion calendar across markets
including major campaigns
Oversee on‑site merchandising and product assortment so the right products
and visuals surface at the right time in each market
Drive product discovery through search
and navigation improvements to help customers find and buy what they want easily
Lead site analytics and CRO testing
turning data and customer behaviour into clear actions to improve conversion and basket size
Govern all on‑site discount and promotional mechanics
ensuring offers are commercially sound and protect margin and brand
