Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage and maintain e-commerce project plans, ensuring initiatives across multiple online channels are executed on time and aligned with business priorities. Translate strategic objectives into clear deliverables, timelines, and ownership structures while monitoring progress and removing operational roadblocks. Coordinate daily activities with external vendors, agencies, developers, and digital partners, overseeing project briefs, timelines, quality assurance, and deliverables. Oversee website merchandising, product launches, promotional campaigns, and content readiness to ensure a seamless customer experience. Serve as a key liaison between E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Support the development and optimization of workflows by leveraging AI tools, automation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain operational dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute structured reporting to leadership teams. Ensure operational continuity across evolving priorities, platform updates, and business growth initiatives. Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, project management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Shopify platforms, with experience in B2B e-commerce, direct-to-consumer operations, or multi-site environments considered an asset. Experience managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, developers, or technology partners. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, campaign execution, and online customer experiences. Comfortable working with analytics, reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
