The business offers a stable platform, strong leadership support, and significant opportunities for professional growth. ### Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, and other GCC e-commerce channels. This role carries full responsibility for marketplace revenue, profitability, account health, advertising performance, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, and team leadership. The successful candidate will own marketplace P&L performance while driving sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence. ### Key Responsibilities ### Marketplace Performance & P&L Management * Own marketplace revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets. * Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts and monitor performance against plans. * Manage marketplace budgets including advertising, promotions, and operational spend. * Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when required. ### Product Listings & Content Optimization * Oversee listing accuracy, SEO optimization, content quality, and product imagery. * Improve marketplace storefronts and branded content. * Lead content enhancement initiatives tied to launches, seasonal campaigns, and category growth. ### PPC & Marketplace Advertising * Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon advertising campaigns. * Monitor ROAS, ACOS, search term performance, and bidding strategies
