Prior experience in E-Commerce Management, Experience with E-Commerce platforms, tools and technologies for website merchandising and management, Experience with a web analytics tools, Experience managing CRO roadmaps, financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes across online channels, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, collaborative skills, Excellent communication and copywriting skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite

Nice to Have

Fashion E-Commerce or Retail experience, Magento, SFCC and Comestri experience highly desirable

Managing day-to-day operations of the website, you will also lead management of core systems and applications as well as deliver key projects within Owned & Operated and Partnered E-Commerce channels. Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly. **Duties & Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Head of E-Commerce and Buying and Planning teams to develop ongoing trade plans that drive commercial success and meet business objectives. * Analyse and maintain weekly & monthly reports and dashboards that informs performance and opportunities across the E-Commerce channels. * Review sales and analytics metrics, implement strategies to meet objectives and define opportunities that improve sales, conversion, average transaction value and repeat purchase as well as reduce bounce rate and cart abandonment. * Identify, optimize, and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX) strategies to ensure best practice for the end-to-end customer journey and shopping experience online. * Collaborate with digital marketing team on all CRM, performance marketing and affiliate activity to meet sales forecasts and profit targets. * Ensure all pricing and promotions are accurate across the site/s and channels. * Support the He
