Forming the e-commerce affiliate direction from scratch: from strategy to launching the first sales
Researching the market
and target audience needs to identify promising product categories and demand
Identifying potential partners
and terms of cooperation with both affiliate programs and top global brands
Forming and conducting tests to verify hypotheses about products
measuring and analyzing metrics in the product sales funnel
Assisting marketing and product teams with product sourcing and supply chain setup for launching physical product sales at various stages of the user funnel
Making data-driven decisions from the research stage to the analysis of results
