What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or specialization in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields, Theoretical foundations (or basic practical experience) in e-commerce, Interest in Artificial Intelligence and the new frontiers of SAIO (Search AI Optimization), Meticulous attention to detail, Problem-solving skills, Collaborative spirit, Proficient in Google Sheets (for data analysis) and Drive, Basic knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Foundational reporting skills, Basic knowledge of SEO and SAIO
Nice to Have
Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
What You'll Do.
Uploading and updating the physical repertoire across managed stores
starting with the Warner Music Italy Shop
Improving product presence on third-party e-commerce platforms through which Warner distributes its titles
Refining copy and product descriptions to maximize visibility on both traditional search engines and AI-generated results
Constant monitoring of sales performance
drafting internal reports
and real-time data extraction to meet stakeholder needs
Actively supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing the shopping experience and customer loyalty
