Responsible for selecting “the best of the best” products for our online customers. ** _Reporting Relationships:_** Accountable and Reports to: Director E-commerce Fulfillment center, E-commerce Manager, E-commerce fulfillment Operations Managers Direct Reports: None ** _Primary Responsibilities_** : * Accurately selects groceries ordered via automated system * Ensures equipment is operated in a safe manner * Accurately selects ordered items via manual shopping in a timely manner * Selects highest quality produce, meat and other fresh products * Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones * Organizes, stacks, and stages orders for store delivery * Loads orders into trucks and securely for store delivery * Adheres to company policies and facility guidelines * Reports to work when scheduled and on time ** _Secondary Duties and Responsibilities_ : ** * Counts, merges and consolidates inventory * Stocks and re-packs inventory as directed * Sorts and organizes equipment * Cleans equipment and environment as directed * Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required ** _Education and Experience:_** High School diploma or equivalent preferred. **_Physical Requirements:_** * Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction * Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of f
