We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media * Handle order concerns, refunds, returns, and delivery follow-ups * Assist customers with product information and order tracking * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions * Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive buying experiences * Help monitor reviews and customer feedback across platforms ## Qualifications Qualifications * Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred * Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar is a plus * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Detail-oriented and organized * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer and internet skills required Nice to Have * Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools * Knowledge of online order fulfillment processes
