What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles, SQL skills, experience working with cloud-based analytics or warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric, Hands-on experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Domo, understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and business performance analysis, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience improving reporting processes, data quality, or analytics workflows is highly preferred, Exposure to marketing, sales, commercial, or operational analytics is a plus, Experience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or working cross-functionally is a plus

Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumption
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders improve performance
Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies
or process improvement opportunities
Help standardize reporting processes
and dashboard best practices across the organization
