First Contact for Private Banking clients and external asset managers regarding Julius Baer e-Channels Tools, Processing and answering oral and written inquiries from clients and internal client advisors in German, English and Spanish, Analysis and solution of problems, Documentation and management of all inquiries in the ticketing system, Customer service experience in a financial services provider or private banking, Microsoft Operating Systems, MAC OS

Nice to Have

Italian and/or French language skills, Experience in a bank, Interest and understanding of financial products, Italian, Spanish and/or French in spoken and written form, Online and technical affinity (Internet, Mobile & PC Support), General technical understanding
