The Position The E-billing Timekeeper/Rate Compliance Administrator assists in the set up and maintenance of client/matter information within the firm's financial database. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Equivalent training and 1-3 experience in legal e-billing may substitute for education. Knowledge of legal billing and Middleware systems a plus (i. e. Legal Exchange, TyMetrix 360, Legal-X, Serengeti/Legal Tracker) Knowledge of various Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard (LEDES) billing formats a plus Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong reading comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills Ability to exercise proper judgment Ability to produce detailed and accurate work products Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high volume environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
